Within the Dark Titan Universe Saga, Travis Vail and Doctor Fortune operated in their own fields of expertise. Through their travels they encounter allies and enemies alike. Both in the nature of natural and supernatural. Their first encounter was one of a brief moment. Yet, it was necessary to complete the task at hand.

Their encounter came to be in the story, Lost Girls and Found, when Travis Vail discovered the return of the Lost Girl spirit known as Leta. She had returned to rekindle her connection with a now older Carrie Lawrence. Through this case, Vail learned of Leta’s increased power and knew he could not defeat her on his own as he had done previously. With no other option available, Vail contacted Doctor Fortune and met him at his Citadel of Enchantment. He informed Fortune of the details pertaining to Leta and Fortune knew what must be done. traveling with Vail back to where Leta remained, the two used their combined knowledge and might to vanquish Leta back into the spirit realm. Saving Carrie Lawrence and her family from Leta’s hands once more. The two parted ways, knowing eventually they would meet again.

And they did not long after when the majority of the supernatural forces came together to stop the stranger Mordecai Gascoyne in Magicks & Mysticism as well as the end came to be when they united against the Dark Gods led by Negiter in Dynasty Wars.

Travis Vail, Spirit-Seeker: Lost Girls and Found is featured in Magicks & Mysticism and The Casebook of The Spirit-Seeker.
