A time period previously visited by the Champions of Destiny in Tales of the Scattered where they met The Lone Outlaw. This story focuses on the Outlaw as he uncovers criminal activities within the bounds of Silver City. Known for being a loner, the Outlaw must come out of the shadows to protect the innocent and to save the City.
