History of the Dark Titan Universe Saga: Part 6: Crossbreed

Welcome to Part 6 of “History of the Dark Titan Universe Saga”. A series of articles based on the Dark Titan Universe Saga.

Giving new readers who don’t mind SPOILERS and those whom have already read something pertaining to the series a look at what’s happened from the start. Continuing the series with Crossbreed: Book 5 of the Dark Titan Universe Saga.

 
 

Crossbreed takes place after the events of Tales of the Scattered and Day of Octagon. Following the Scattered heroes across the Dark Titan Universe. From The Voltage to Bionic Rage to John Terror and many more. Including the return of Tor-Zar with his own story.

Crossbreed features twelve stories in total. The details of them are below.

  • The Astonishing Voltage: Wavefront: The second story of The Astonishing Voltage saga. Following Voltage after his interactions and involvement in Day of Octagon and his previous story in Tales of the Scattered. Los Angeles is hit by several tremors, followed after unknown streaks of lightning. The civilians point toward Voltage as the suspect of the incidents. However, it is proven wrong when an hydroelectric entity arrives by the name of Sonicwave, who attacks the city, bringing out The Voltage to face him. After a short bout, Sonicwave decimates Voltage before taking off. Steve is taken in to recover by Ava Kelly, who gives him a hopeful message as he heals and returns to face Sonicwave. Defeating him, Sonicwave retreats after he gives Voltage a word of warning.

  • Bionic Rage: Covert Operations: The second story of the Bionic Rage saga. Dameon Mason is visited at his home by Aaron Conroy, a businessman who has a desire to acquire Mason’s bionic tech. Dameon declines, giving Aaron an alternative to retrieve the tech. Contacting Chris Stanley, a mercenary known as Penalty, whom he hires to kill Mason and take the tech. While on a walk with Claire Lyons, Mason is surrounded by the citizens of Detroit, who recognize him as Bionic Rage and his heroic feats. Mason declines them and leaves the public area. Later, Mason is attacked by Spymaster, a militaristic spy. Sometime afterwards, Mason, Claire, and Brad Carpenter are targeted by Penalty through the Grand Circus Park. Making his way back home, Mason finds Nathan Hawke waiting for him. With an opportunity to join The Resistance. Mason declines. The next day, Nathan Armstrong visits Mason, telling him Aaron Conroy came by his office for a visit. Mason enraged, heads out and confronts Conroy as he’s attacked by Penalty. Leading to a fight between them, Mason eventually succeeds. After, Nathan had settled an agreement for Mason to go back out into the public, he refuses. One night after, Mason heads out and eliminates a group of thugs with his newly enhanced bionic limbs, finally taking up the moniker of the Bionic Rage.

  • Terror: Kill or Be Killed: The second story of the John Terror saga. John Terror continues ridding Chicago of any trace to Agency X. Meanwhile, Professor Mite and Hunter Vazquez have set up another base to continue their work. After receiving information from Carl Prater, Terror heads out to the hidden base, finding himself surrounded by Mite’s recruits in the form of Kudo Fox, Mistress Destroyer, Agents 50 and 51, and Hellshot. All were led into battle by Vazquez. Within the shootout, a young woman intercedes, aiding Terror and providing him a way of escape. The two were chased through the Chicago streets by the two Agents. Making their way through the chase, they returned to Terror’s base. The woman revealed herself to be known as Jade Horror, one of Terror’s past allies in the days of Agency X. Prater informs them of several other locations scattered across Illinois related to Mite’s plans. Later, Terror and Horror arrive at St. Peter’s Catholic Church to meet with Father Scott Reynolds, asking him to spiritual assistance against Mite and his recruits. Once they exited the church, Terror was attacked by a demonic doppelganger of himself. Terror defeated the demon. Returning to the base, Terror and Horror headed out to the Agency base, entering a fight with Vazquez and Destroyer before Mite made his escape. Terror decides to bring in Jade into his work as he, Prater, and Dodson begin their actions to rid Illinois of an remnants of Agency X

  • Q-Arrow: Hired for Arrow: The second story of the Q-Arrow saga. The Hitman is taken out of prison and hired by a group of unknown strangers to eliminate Q-Arrow to open Las Vegas up to other organizations. Hitman takes the job as Arrow and Shadow Hardy are faced against three hybrid creatures in the forms of Rattler, Eaglestruck, and Ultimate Komodo. Dealing with the creatures for short period, the Hitman interrupts the battle, seeking to take out Arrow in the midst. Arrow fires an shot into the Hitman’s chest, not killing him as Hardy and Arrow defeated the Hybrids. Days later, the Hitman and the Hybrids before discovering the group whom hired Hitman are part of a deeper plot to eliminate all of the risen heroes.

  • Doctor Fortune: Elementals: The second story of the Doctor Fortune saga. The Citadel of Enchantment is met with a surprise visitor in the form of Morhana, a sorceress with a past alongside Fortune. Fortune questions her arrival as they are attacked by a fire dragon, revealed to be an Elemental God. Morhana details the events of her confrontation with the Elementals, leading to the others appearing such as Ice, Rock, Ghost, and Air. Fortune learns Morhana had committed a spiritual crime against them and must be punished. Yet, during the confrontation with the Air God, Fortune makes a deal, sparring Morhana from death. Once the battles were settled, Fortune made a proclamation for himself. To not meddle in the affairs of the risen heroes as his battles are set within the spiritual paradigms.

  • Kular The Aqua-Barbarian: Lord of Atlantis: The second story of the Kular saga. Atlantis is attacked once again, this time by Lord Shark and his army of Fanged Ones. Kular interceded with his army and won the battle. Afterwards, Kular and Shark entered the palace and began discussions as to bring peace to the Kingdoms of the Seas. Shark demanded the throne of Atlantis and Kular denied. Leaving the palace, Novah informed Kular of Shark’s imminent return with Kular confirming he knows what must be done. The next day, Atlantis is visited by Ark, the Sea Monster who comes and battles Kular, almost near-death. Ark leaves Atlantis just as Shark makes his return with his army. Kular is taken inside to heal his wounds from Ark as the Atlantean soldiers fought against Shark and his army. In the midst of the battle, Kular reappeared, still wounded as he made his way toward Shark, defeating him with the magical powers of the trident. The battle was won as news spread across the kingdoms. Kular is later informed of the return of the Sea-Stormers, leading to the speculation the Sea Kaiser has returned from the dead.

  • Destiny of the Champions: Thirst: The second story of the Champions of Destiny saga. The Spellvector moved through the Time Dimension as the team continued their search for the Cosmicbox. Following a trail, Corbin Beval/Jetlash tracks the box in Romania. Following the trail, leading them to Bucharest, the team are confronted by Tessa Balthazar before being swarmed by vampires. The team eliminate the swarming foes before realizing one of the vampire speaks to them, warning them to turn away from their mission to find the box as their queen demands it. The vampire confirms to them their queen is none other than Elizabeth Bathory and the team heads out into the Time Dimension to find her. Following the source, bringing them to Hungary in the late 16th Century. They arrived in Hungary in the year 1595, making their way toward the Cachtite Castle. Inside, Bathory waited for them, telling them she wants the box. She reveals to them she learned of the box from Baron Eon, who’s still searching for them. Anthony Carlos/Crimson Mask goes in for the attack, but Bathory’s abilities prove too strong for the team. Bathory conjured a force field to deflect Omega’s energy gun as Eon arrived, holding the cosmicbox. In a swift move, Omega tossed a flash grenade, blinding Eon and Bathory as he went and snatched the box from Eon. Omega and the team returned to the ship and left the time period.

  • Yonderers: Days of our Future: The second story of the Yonderers saga. The Fellowship of Nubreeds led by General Rilla send out a challenge to the Yonderers. They accept and arrive in downtown Chicago to a massive brawl. Afterwards, Ezekiel McKnight meets with Professor Mite as they prepare for a presentation of a weapon to use against the nubreed species. The following day in Washington D.C., they presented to the public in a wide presentation the Steelers, automaton cyborgs primarily designed to eradicate nubreeds and in the future, rebellious heroes and villains. The Steelers awake and begin attacking the presentation, causing the Yonderers to arrive at the scene with the Fellowship of Nubreeds and Rilla after. The Steelers proved mighty against them as they had some help from Nano Man, who knew of the project in secret. In taking out the Steelers, McKnight and Mite had disappeared with Papa Afterlife showing up at the Yonderer Mansion with news of a coming force from the stars.

  • Enforcement Order 66: Missions Ahead: The second story of the Enforcement Order 66 saga. The team is rallied together as their first primary mission is set for Rabat. In Morocco, they learned of more of Death’s plans taking effect. The team splits across the districts in search of Death’s activities. While split, the team is ambushed by the Reapers. The shootout is ceased by a sudden earthquake. After, the team is taken to Bosnia, where they learn more of Death’s plans and they discovered they’re not the only ones on the mission as they are confronted with the appearance of the Exchange Force.

  • The Ire of Flashburn: I am Shadeburn: The second story of the Flashburn saga. Floyd Rizzo continues his learning of the Flashburn abilities just as others within the region search for him. Meanwhile, a community event is attacked by a shadowy figure who bears the similar appearance as Flashburn. A private investigator, Jessica Jacobs comes into the laboratory of Professor Simon with questions involving Flashburn. During the questions, Natalia Spear, a solar scientist comes in with defense of Flashburn as she learns of the shadow figure’s true nature. The shadow figure is revealed to be Shadeburn, a being similar to Flashburn, only not powered by the Incandescence, but the Luminescence. After the battle between Flashburn and Shadeburn, the Incandescence comes to him, Simon, and Spear with the revelation of the other elemental forces and their chosen ones, many of them have yet to come.

  • Tor-Zar: Dinosaurs and Werewolves: The first story of the Tor-Zar saga. In the Avago Land, the Wanigo Tribe is swarmed by a group of pteranodons, leading to the arrival of Tor-Zar, his wife Sahara, and his pet Kujo. They take out the pteranodons, only to find a set of footprints which belong to an animal not native to the land. While on the search, Tor-Zar and Kujo are confronted by velociraptors, only to be moved by a Tyrannosaurus Rex. Running off the T-Rex, the Tribe and Sahara come to their support as they’re attacked by the maker of the footsteps, a lycan by the name Lycano. Lycano. Unsure as to how Lycano stepped foot in the land, Tor-Zar, Sahara, Kujo, and the Tribe all fought against the lycan, easily defeating him as he bolted into the wilderness.

  • Crossbreed: A Dark Titan Universe Event: The second event of the Dark Titan Universe. General Rilla is met by Romanus Dakingor and his legion of unkinds. The two strike a deal to eliminate the Yonderers and the Unkinds from the earth by bringing them against one another. Romanus and his legion arrive at the Yonderer Mansion and quickly make their attacks, just as Halo Lock and the Unkinds arrived in Chicago. Rilla hears of the events and wonders if he and Romanus are on the same side. Halo Lock arrives at the mansion, but are met with adversity by the Yonderers due to the attack from Romanus. The Yonderers battle the Unkinds before coming to an understanding where both sides are being used by their opposing forces. Edge calls for John Terror and Jade Horror to assist them in this battle. Rilla and his Fellowship join with Romanus and his legion against the Yonderers and the Unkinds. Romanus takes the moment to betray Rilla, only for him to be defeated by the Yonderers, Unkinds, and the Fellowship. Afterwards, Halo Lock takes Romanus away and Rilla warns Edge of their future encounters.

The next chapter of this series will set focus toward Heaven's Called, the following title of the Dark Titan Universe Saga series detailing the supernatural allies and enemies.
